"Gullac" is a mouthwatering dessert made with dough layers, rose water, milk, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds.

Most cuisines use fruit to make puddings and desserts and baking the sweetened fruit make it soft, juicy, and perfect to use in other recipes.
A dessert that is popular in the rural areas of Turkey is made with grape syrup and sesame paste. These two ingredients are bought separately and then mixed together to make the recipe. Ice cream made with rose water and cornstarch is popular in Turkey and this can be flavored with dried fruit, rose petals, or other flavorings.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease, often genetically inherited, in which the sufferers are intolerant of gluten. Celiac disease is caused by an abnormal reaction to gliadin, which is a gluten protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. The only cure is abstinence from gluten, which means that a whole new method of eating has to be learned.
It can be said that if celiac sufferers avoid flour, they will be fine. Although this is simplistic, it is not far wrong. But celiac sufferers have birthdays and celebrations the same as anyone else. And that means they may want a cake now and then, even while avoiding flour.
It is possible to bake without flour and there is a whole range of products on the market for gluten-free alternatives. However, for various reasons, the products may not be viable alternatives: they may not be available locally; or they may be priced beyond your budget. For many people, adapting regular recipes has to be the answer. For those who wish to adapt mainstream recipes, I have provided a few recipes below.
Rice Pudding Cake
Despite its name, it is a firm and heavy moist cake, and it is full of flavor. It is firm enough to cut into large slices. I did not develop this recipe it was given to me over twenty years ago by a friend in Western Australia. Her daughter was gluten intolerant. It is still one of the nicest gluten-free cakes I have ever tasted.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup demerara sugar
2 medium bananas, mashed
2 apples, finely chopped or grated
1 pear grated
500g (1 pound) cottage cheese
2 cups mixed dried fruit
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup almonds or brazil nuts, roughly chopped grated rind of one large orange
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
Heat oven until 2200 C, 4000 F
Method:
Combine everything and mix well, and place in a greased bundt tin or a fluted ring tin to give the hole in the center. Bake for about half an hour until firm and cooked through. When a skewer comes out clean, the cake is cooked. Cool in the tin, refrigerate for a few hours, and then serve with cream.
Flourless Black Forest Gateaux
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar. To keep this recipe totally flour free dust the tin with cacao.
Ingredients:
Cake:
4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Filling:
a jar of Morello or Sweet cherries in natural juice.
1 Tub of thick whipping cream.
Preheat oven to 3000degrees F or 1500 degrees C.
Method:
Grease an oblong Swiss roll tin, or a jelly pan and dust with cocoa powder. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water, but do not let the bowl touch the water. When the chocolate is melted, add the butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
Place powdered sugar or cocoa powder on a piece of kitchen paper and place the cake on it. Drain the jar of morello cherries and whip the cream until it holds its shape; then add the cherries. Place on top of the cake and roll up like a roll. Top with grated chocolate and serve with cream.

110g/4oz butter, preferably unsalted
110g/4oz caster sugar, plus 1 tbsp extra, to mix with the egg whites
3 eggs, preferably free-range, separated

110g (4oz) best-quality dark chocolate (70 percent cocoa solids)
2 Tablespoons white rum
110g/4oz unsalted butter

Melt the chocolate with the rum in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water or in a low oven. Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and add the almonds. Bring back to the boil for 2-3 minutes and then test an almond to see if the skin is loose. Drain the almonds, peel and discard the skins. Grind the whole almonds in a food processor until they are slightly gritty.
Cream the butter and add the sugar. Beat until pale, light and soft. Beat in the egg yolks, one by one. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the extra tablespoon of sugar and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form, then add the melted chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture. Divide the prepared almonds into four portions. Add one portion to the creamed mixture. Fold in a quarter of the egg white, followed by more almonds. Fold in the remaining eggs and almonds alternately until they have all been added. Divide the mixture between the two prepared tins and make a hollow in the center of each cake. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The sides should be cooked but the center still a little unset. Leave to cool for a few minutes in the tins; them remove them from the tin. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
To make the icing, melt the chocolate with the rum in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water or in a low oven. Whisk in the butter, a tablespoon at a time, until melted. Remove from the heat and whisk occasionally until cool. If the icing seems too runny, put the bowl in the fridge and allow to firm up. Whisk to lighten and then use. When the cake is completely cold, fill and ice with the chocolate mixture. (If you want to cover the sides and pipe a border around the top, make 11/2 times the quantity of icing.) Decorate with flaked almonds and crystallized violets.

Orange Almond Cake with Orange Sauce
A moist and light orange flavored cake that can be served alone with a light yogurt for afternoon tea, or add the orange sauce for a decadent dessert!
Ingredients:
Cake:
3 eggs, separated
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon of orange zest
1 1/2 cups finely ground almonds
Orange Sauce:
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 cups white sugar
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoon grated orange zest
1/2 cup butter
4 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch springform pan with cooking spray, and dust with rice flour.

In a large bowl, whip egg yolks with 2/3 cup of the sugar until thick and pale. This will take about 5 minutes with an electric beater, and it is ready when the beater is taken out of the batter and it leaves a trail. Stir in the rice flour the orange juice, the orange zest, and then fold in the almond meal and cinnamon.
In a separate glass or metal bowl, with absolutely no trace of fat, whip 3 egg whites until they hold a stiff peak: they will not incorporate any air at all if there is fat or egg yolk in the bowl. Fold into the almond mixture until well blended. Pour into the prepared pan, and spread evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
To make the orange sauce, cream together the butter and 2 cups of white sugar in a medium bowl. Stir in the cream, and place the dish over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir in orange juice and zest. Whip 4 egg whites in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Fold into the orange sauce. Spoon over the cake and serve immediately.

Cherries are not only tasty but they add tremendous flavor to any dish. In addition to being a healthy snack, cherries also help to reduce gout and arthritis pain naturally. So not only does this tiny, red fruit add color to your meals it also packs a healthy punch. Enjoy the following cherry nutrition, cherry recipes and health benefit information. The first area I would like to cover is the amazing joint pain fight ability of the fruit. The cherry is packed full of antioxidants including anthocyanins, potassium, Vitamin A, C and E. In addition, it is the leading source of naturally occurring melatonin.
For example, the anthocyanins in the tart cherry are basically naturally occurring Cox-1 and Cox-2 inhibitors. This means this fruit is capable of blocking the pain signs sent to brain. In addition, the tart cherry offers natural anti-inflammatory benefits. According to Michigan State, the cherry is 10 times more powerful than over-the-counter products such as aspirin. For these reasons, the tart cherry is fast becoming the first choice for those seeking natural ways to fight gout and arthritis pain. However, due to the seasonality of the fruit, I have include not only a fresh cherry recipe, but additional recipes including the dried fruit, frozen cherries and cherry juice concentrate.
Here are two great tasting cherry recipes that are not only great tasting but healthy:
Cherry Salad
Dried cherries add a tangy flavor to this salad.
• 1 cup dried tart cherries
• 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
• 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Combine dried cherries, kiwi slices and mandarin orange sections in a bowl. Mix the orange juice, cinnamon and confectioners sugar in a bowl and mix. Pour the juice mixture over fruit mixture and gently mix. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Stir the mixture occasionally. Remove from the refrigerator and sprinkle with toasted almonds. Makes 4 servings.
Cherry Cheese Cake Brownies
Cherries and cream cheese make these brownies yummy.
• 1 -16-ounce - can dark tart cherries
• 1 -15-ounce- brownie mix
• 8 x 8 pan
• 1 - 3-ounce- package cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup flaked coconut
• 2 eggs, divided
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1 /8 teaspoon of tart cherry juice concentrate
Drain the juice from the cherries in the can; keep 1/4 cup of the cherry juice from the can in a separate container. Place brownie mix in a bowl. Combine 1 egg, oil and reserved cherry juice with the brownie mix and mix well. Gently stir in the canned cherries. Add 1/8 teaspoon of tart cherry juice concentrate and set aside.
Place cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat with mixer 3 to 4 minutes or until well mixed. Add in the remaining egg and mix well. Stir in flaked coconut and almond extract. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan. Evenly spoon brownie mixture into pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture. Use a knife to swirl cream cheese mixture into brownie mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the inserted wooden toothpick near the center comes out clean. Let cool. Cut into squares or bars.
Makes 9 squares; 18 bars.
Note: Chopped pecans or walnuts can be substituted for coconut.
In addition to baking with cherries you can also drink the cherry juice daily. The juice is made from tart cherry juice concentrate and it takes the juice of 60-80 pieces of the fresh fruit to make just one ounce of the tangy juice. One source for tart cherry juice concentrate is Traverse Bay Farms. In addition, the company offers the dried fruit, cherry capsules and even more. So the next time you are looking for natural and great tasting ways to gift joint pain make sure to look at some cherries recipes to provide great taste and health benefits.

Use your loaf...
It always seems so wasteful to throw away leftover food, and bread is no exception. Just because it's no longer super soft doesn't mean you can't include it in some great recipes. In this month's cookery class, Simon Shaw shows you how to make three classic bread-based dishes, plus check out his top tips for getting the most out of past-its-best bread.
Bread and butter pudding
Dating from the 17th century, bread and butter pudding has many variations - some with spices, others with different types of bread - so use whatever you have
Serves 4
Ready in 1 hour 50 minutes
Price per serving 60p
40g butter, plus a little extra for greasing
300ml single cream
100ml milk
50g caster sugar
Few drops of vanilla extract
4 slices white bread (preferably 2-3 days old)
3tbsp sultanas or raisins
3 large free-range eggs, beaten
Preheat the oven to 160C/140C Fan/Gas 3. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Put the cream, milk and sugar in a pan and heat to just below simmering point. Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Butter the bread and cut into triangles. Layer in the dish, overlapping the slices and sprinkle the dried fruit over.
Break the eggs into a bowl and add the cream mixture, whisking slowly. Pour over the bread and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
Sit the dish in a roasting tin containing a little boiling water. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until the top is brown and the custard just set.
Apple Charlottes
This delicious combination of apples with a buttery bread crust, served with custard, is the ultimate comfort food
Serves 4
Ready in 1 hour 15 minutes
Price per serving 55p
2 Bramley cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 eating apple, peeled, cored and cut into small cubes
Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
1 level tbsp light brown sugar
2 level tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
10 medium-thick bread slices, crusts removed
65g butter, softened
½ level tsp ground cinnamon
Custard, to serve
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Put all the apples in a pan with the lemon zest and juice, brown sugar and 1tbsp water. Cover and cook until the apple is soft.
Tip into a bowl and add the breadcrumbs.
Meanwhile, cut out 4 rounds of bread to fit the bases of 4 individual pudding basins and 4 rounds to fit the tops. Cut enough strips to line the sides of the basins, so that they overlap slightly to ensure there are no gaps. Discard the rest of the bread or whizz in a processor and make crumbs to freeze for later.
Mix the butter with the cinnamon and spread on both sides of the bread. Line the bases and sides of the basins with the buttered bread, fill with the apple mixture and cover with the bread tops.
Put the basins on a baking tray and cook for 25 minutes. Leave for 5 minutes, then turn out and serve hot with custard.
Bread pudding
This old-fashioned teatime treat is just as good served hot or cold
Serves 4
Ready in 2 hours 30 minutes
Price per serving 50p
Butter, for greasing
225g stale white bread
300ml milk, plus a little extra if necessary
175g mixed dried fruit
50g shredded suet
50g light soft brown sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
1 level tsp Mixed Dried Spice
1 large egg, beaten
Caster sugar, for sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 150C/130C Fan/Gas 2. Grease an ovenproof dish. Break the bread into small pieces and put in a bowl. Pour on the milk and leave to soak for 30 minutes. Mash with a fork to break down any lumps.
Add the dried fruit, suet, brown sugar, spice and egg, and mix well. Add a dash more milk if the mixture seems too stiff - it should be a soft dropping consistency. Put in the prepared dish and level the top.
Bake for about 1 hour 30 minutes or until the top is golden and springs back when lightly pressed. Leave to cool in the dish for at least 20 minutes, then cut into squares and serve sprinkled with caster sugar.

Homemade Christmas trail mix is the perfect stocking stuffer, teacher gift, mailman gift, or family gift. Trail mix recipes vary in specific ingredients, but generally they contain cereal, nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit, and at times, small candies like M&M's or Heath Bits.
It's easy to make up large batches of trail mix at one time, which means you can make plenty for everyone on your list in one day. It's much easier than baking and is a nice switch from the traditional cookies and fruitcake.
Package your homemade trail mix in tins, cellophane bags, or small paint cans for an interesting and fun presentation. Add a small card with all of the ingredients listed, just in case you're not sure about potential allergies.
Homemade Christmas Trail Mix Recipes
Christmas Tree Trail Mix
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Also, grease the sides of a large bowl. Set aside.
8 cups popcorn
1 cup walnuts, toasted
1/3 cup real maple syrup
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch of baking soda
1 cup dried cranberries
Pop the popcorn according to the directions. Mix the toasted walnuts and popcorn together in the prepared bowl.
In a saucepan, combine the syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Set to medium heat and allow the mixture to come to a boil and let it cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the baking soda and blend well (the mixture should have a creamy consistency).
Let the mixture cool slightly and then pour it all over the popcorn and nuts. Make sure the popcorn and nuts are thoroughly covered.
Turn everything out onto the prepared cookie sheet and distribute evenly. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit or until the mix is 'dry'. Cool for 20 minutes. Add the cranberries last.
Christmas Party Trail Mix
Yogurt covered raisins or pretzels
Peanuts, walnuts, or your favorite nut
Almonds
Chopped dates
Yellow raisins
Dried oranges, cranberries, or apricots
Corn Chex cereal
Toss all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Take the entire bowl to the office Christmas party or divide it up into smaller containers to give as gifts to family and friends. Easy and delicious!
Holiday Snack Mix
Dry cereal - your choice
M&M's, Heath Bits, or your choice of small candy
Raisins
Dried fruit - apples, bananas, apricots, cranberries, etc.
Granola or oat bran
Chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, or white chips

It's time for school once again and with that comes money for clothes, books, lunches and extracurricular activities. In addition to all of this, you need to have snacks and after school treats so the kids don't raid the refrigerator as soon as they come through the door. As I was making my shopping list, I was able to leave off quite a few items. It was a great summer for fruits and vegetables and I really took advantage of this. My Excalibur dehydrator really came in handy making fruit rollups, banana chips, raisins and dried peaches. Get creative this year and count the dollars that you'll save.
How to Make Fruit Rollups
I had tried this recipe using strawberries last summer but now I am being overrun with apples so I decided to give it a shot. They're wonderful. Apple fruit leathers put you in the mind of apple pie without the sugar and starch. Peel enough apples to make 2 cups and cut up into chunks. Blend the fruit until it's a smooth pureee. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice of 1/8 teaspoon of ascorbic acid to keep from discoloring. Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey for sweetness, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and pour onto the dehydrator tray (fruit leather tray or Teflex sheets). Dry at 140 degrees for 6-8 hours. Check the product to make sure it's not soft then remove, cool, roll up, wrap in plastic and you're done!
How to Make Banana Chips
Banana chips have to be the easiest treat I've made so far. I used to save my ripened bananas and create banana nut bread for the winter months. After making a couple of loaves this year, I thought of all of the sugar that this took. No wonder the kids bounced off the walls! My Excalibur is large enough that I can cut up 17 bananas to 1/4 inch thickness, soak in 1/4 cup lemon juice for 15 seconds, lay out and dry at 150 degrees. Depending on how you like your dried bananas, start by drying for 24 hours and check. Dry until you get the consistency that your kids like.
It's Been a Great Year for Grapes
Have you ever purchased those little boxes of raisins at the store for treats? Wow, are they expensive! And to think that you can wash, dry off and throw your grapes into your dehydrator for a few hours and spend just a few cents for electricity. I will never buy raisins again. The juice may evaporate but the vitamins and antioxidants are sealed into the raisins and more pure than any you could buy that's been treated with additives and chemicals.
Dried Peaches to Die For
Peaches are a delicacy at my home because they are usually so expensive but this year, my neighbor's tree worked overtime in producing more than she could possibly keep. I took advantage of this and made these dried peaches. Cut your peaches in half then peel. Remove the seed and quarter. Buy some fresh limes and make your own limejuice to pre-treat your peaches. Dry in your dehydrator at 135 degrees for 6 to 20 hours (depending on thickness of the peach slices and your dehydrator), until pliable and remove and cool. What a treat!
Trail Mix at $6.00 a Bag? Not!
In addition to all of your great snacks that you have just made, why not turn some of these into a special trail mix for the kids? Banana chips, raisins, peaches and apple chips, mixed together with some coconut and assorted nuts will put those store bought varieties to shame. And you know that they are all natural and a great pick me up without the sugar and salt.
Which Dehydrator?
Many consider the Excalibur Dehydrator the finest dehydrator you can buy. The only machine with a unique Parallexx Horizontal Airflow Drying System, it makes fruits and vegetables fresh and free from preservatives and additives, something you never knew had a funny taste until you have experienced the real thing. Junk food begins to taste just like junk once you have prepared your own fruit by drying with the Excalibur. The thanks you'll get from your family and friends, plus the money you save, makes the best worth getting and using regularly.

Making your toddler finger food recipes is a great way to get them to try new flavors and textures, learn new skills and even keep them entertained when you are out and about! This article offers a variety of fun finger-food recipes for your toddler introducing healthy eating and making meal times enjoyable for all the family.
Make Finger Food Yourself
Young children need to eat more often than adults. They tend to graze rather than eating large portions so there is a lot of wasted food. Processed foods are expensive which impacts on your food budget. They are also high in salt and sugars and can promote bad eating habits and tooth decay from an early age.
If you choose to make food for your baby and toddler yourself you can be sure of the exact ingredients and fresh food always tastes better. Mixing up the flavors, although they might get spat out at first, will give your child a varied palate and make them less fussy as they get older.
Fruit and Vegetables
Fruit and veg should be the staple of your toddlers diet. Pureed fruit and vegetables can be given from weaning onwards. As they grow make the chunks bigger. Cut up cucumber or celery into strips or cooked veg like carrots, asparagus, green beans, sweet potato are fun. Cooked and diced yellow, orange and red peppers add some color.
Banana pieces are great as are pieces of (soft) pear, apple, pineapple or peach. Add natural yoghurt.
Meats and Protein
Well cooked pieces of chicken, fish or meat accompany vegetables well. Hard boiled egg can be sliced or chopped.
Seeds and Dried Fruit
Dried fruit such as raisins, apricots or prunes are good as a treat as they contain a lot of natural sugar, they usually come in small boxes which are handy for trips out. Sunflower seeds are good for the older toddler.
Toddler Sandwiches
Use easily spreadable fillings such as soft cheese, peanut butter (the natural variety), mashed banana or almond spread. Cut the crusts off the bread and cut into 'fingers' to make them easier to hold.
Toasted 'soldiers' are also great with dips such as soft cheese, avocado, vegemite, hummus or guacamole...watch out, this is where it gets messy!
Cheese
Grated cheese keeps toddlers entertained as they love grabbing the small bits. Full of calcium, cheese is vital for bone growth. Cut cheese into strips if you are out and about.
Cereals
Dried cereals such as cheerios or cornflakes are great, avoid the sugary cereals though.
Pasta
Well cooked pasta shells or macaroni are an interesting texture for toddlers as well as a good source of complex carbohydrates. Create home made bolognese sauce for more flavor.
Drinks
To add to the staple drinks of tap water. Why not create fruit smoothies or squeezed fruit juice drinks. Water them down for younger children as they are strong to taste.
Choking Hazards
Always supervise your child when they are eating. They will have to learn how to chew food so make sure everything is soft and chopped up into small chunks.
Making Food Preparation Fun
As the child gets older (or if they have an older sibling), why not get them involved in the preparation of your toddler finger food recipes? It will teach them about nutrition and let them get creative too.
Another great idea is to make up batches of healthy foods, spoon them into small toddler-sized-meal pots and freeze them.
I hope you find my suggestions useful, be creative and try everything. They may not like something at first but persevere, especially with fruit and vegetables.

Most of the revenue hike to focus on lunch and dinner. But a good breakfast is a good way to begin a daily walk. Here are some ideas to keep it simple and easy.
Corn
If you're used to eat cereal with milk, you might think that you should skip this step if this backpack. Fortunately, there are at least two good ways to get your bowl of cereal in the morning. The first is to make the milk powder. Add a little 'corn and half a glass of water poured intomix.
Some of us do not like the taste of the batch of milk powder. The alternative is for us, just add water. This may seem too simple, but there are some ingredients that you add that you hardly notice the lack of milk. One is the coconut. Indeed, if we act in the shredded coconut for a few minutes before adding the corn, water is tastier and more consistency. Coconut is particularly good with muesli, but it works with almost allthem.
Add dried fruit to lack of milk are less visible. Raisins or dried strawberries can be used. It might be helpful to soak the fruit for a couple minutes before the corn flakes.
The fourth option is to freeze-dried ice cream. After testing recently was the first time, I surprised how good it is. It 's great in itself, but you can immerse in water and mash until it melts with the use of cereals. Theyhome experiment to see which cereal is best to go with the flavor of ice cream.
Cold Weather Hiking Recipes
If you're hiking in cold weather, you may need recipes for hot dishes. You can breakfast is relatively simple, but. Instead of foods that require longer cooking grain that can be consumed as a simple hot soup. You have to be near the boiling water and pour into bowl of cereal. Add raisins or other dried fruit for aHealthier start for the day.
This is not cooking or baking for a long time, save fuel and the stove and the pack weight. But if outside in the cold and how I prefer not to put a stove at all? In this case, you want some fatty foods to start the morning. Fats produce heat as a digest, the heating is from within.
I do not want to hike revenue for that purpose, and no need for them. Mine is easyPreference. A piece of bread covered with butter do the trick. Place bread, raisins and cinnamon, if you have a sweet tooth. When it's cold, you can also bring bagels and cream cheese. And if you do not really picky about what you eat in the morning, normal corn chips have a lot of oil to keep warm.
