Drying Apricots with Bella Viva Orchards, making Dried Fruit on the farm

Take a little tour of our farm to see how we dry our fruit here at Bella Viva Orchards. When we dry apricots we use a special machine to slice them in half and remove the pits. We then set them on trays to dry in the sun for about 4 to 5 day.
