• MUSHROOMS, all mushrooms except shiitake.
• SMOKED FOODS, smoked meat and fish.
• OTHER, stimulants as coffee, cola, black tea, chocolate drinks, some pain killers (that contains caffeine), and hot spices. Some medications especially antibiotics and steroids.
