Quick Christmas Cookie Recipes - Lemon Snowflake Cookies

A deliciously light and tasty cake.

1 (18 1 / 4 ounce) package lemon cake mix with milk

2 1 / 4 cup of whipped topping, frozen, thawed

1 egg

Powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat with mixer at medium speed until well blended. The dough will be sticky.

Drop by teaspoons powdered sugar and roll lightly coat completely.

Place the cookies onungreased baking sheets. Fry Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they are. Remove from skillet and drain.

Makes 60-72 cookies.

This easy to make cookies seem to snowball in miniature.

4 cups All Bran cereal

1 cup pitted prunes

1 2 / 3 cup raisins

1 1 / 2 cups dried apricots

2 cups pecans, chopped

Powdered sugar

Instructions

1 (8 ounce) box mounted frozen topping, thawed

2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and whipped cream topping, mix and stir well.

Put powdered sugar in a shallow dishBowl.

Drop tablespoons of dough rolled in sugar until completely coated.

Place balls on cookie sheet for baking. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on the edges of it. Cool.
