Superfood Quinoa grain = = complete protein
The texture of the old world, quinoa is a complete protein. There is a grain that all essential amino acids, normally found in animal proteins. A healthy diet contains more whole grains. Few think that everything that grains other than wheat. A healthy diet is more than bread wheat. The old grain and great food, quinoa, was regarded by the Indians of South America, their superhuman powers.Quinoa is as easy as cooking rice, as evidenced by this recipe.
Quinoa, dried fruit and nuts
1 cup quinoa
02:01 cup pine nuts (or walnuts)
1 teaspoon of tea. Salt
1 teaspoon of soup. Lemon juice
1 teaspoon of tea. Cumin
½ teaspoon teaspoon ground coriander
2 v. soup. Olive
½ cup dried apricots (or dried fruit)
1 bunch scallions sliced end to end
½ red pepper diced
Bring 2 cups water, bring to boil.
Stir in quinoa, cover andBoil 10 minutes.
To dump in a large bowl and stir with a fork at regular intervals until cool.
Toast pine nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown.
All ingredients fluffed quinoa, stir and serve hot or cold.
= Quinoa vegetarian / vegan source of protein
This recipe is used for 4 persons, each serving has 10 grams of protein quinoa vegetarian or vegan and care for other ancient grains in their diet, which receive all theiressential amino acid. Not only is quinoa is an excellent source of protein, is cholesterol free, unlike my fellow animal protein is rich in immune-promotion. Quinoa is often classified as one of the superfoods.
